2017 se présente comme une année faste pour la mobilité professionnelle.
La 5G pointe le bout de son nez – avec la promesse de gérer simultanément le très haut débit pour nos appareils mobiles et le bas débit pour nos capteurs. Les terminaux, qu’ils soient à destination des commerciaux ou des techniciens, sont de plus en plus performants et autonomes. La géolocalisation des hommes et des machines permet d’optimiser de mieux en mieux les itinéraires et l’efficacité des process.

Les pionniers « historiques » de la mobilité sont toujours présents sur le salon (forces de vente, techniciens de terrain, acteurs de la logistique…)
Le commerce, jadis impacté dans sa seule arrière-boutique logistique, est maintenant concerné à tous les niveaux : choix des produits, comparaison des prix, paiement mobile (y compris en point de vente). Le marketing fait de la mobilité sa principale source de données et son canal premier de promotion, et la relation client devient de plus en plus mobile.
