Journée Ambition PME

La Journée Ambition PME est l’un des grands temps forts du Pôle Systematic Paris-Region : il est le rendez-vous annuel donné aux entrepreneurs, acteurs de l’innovation numérique et des logiciels complexes, qui souhaitent développer leur réseau, découvrir les nouvelles tendances, comprendre les différents leviers de croissance dont ils peuvent bénéficier via le Pôle (business, stratégie, financement, RH et compétences, export…) et surtout faire du Business.

Cette 9è édition de la Journée Ambition PME sera consacrée à l’innovation comme source de création de Business sur les territoires. Elle réunira plus de 350 professionnels : Start-up, PME innovantes, investisseurs, laboratoires de recherche et grands groupes.

TEMPS FORTS 

En plénière – de 9h00 à 10h45
· La remise des trophées Champions 2017-2018 (avec Deloitte, Malakoff-Mederic et le Conseil Général d’Ile-de-France)
· Stratégie et Politique des Achats Ile-de-France (DGA) et les achats dans le numérique : comment répondre aux appels d’offre ? (témoignage d’un grand groupe)
· Crédit d’Impôt Recherche : quelles pratiques et quels contrôles ? Présentation des résultats de l’Etude sur l’utilisation du CIR (Systematic Paris-Region)

Conférences thématiques – de 11h00 à 12h30
· « TPE-PME : les marchés publics sont faits pour vous ! » – Focus sur le Small Business Act Francilien : comment appréhender de manière concrète le déploiement opérationnel du SBA.
· « Accès aux compétences » – présentation des nouveaux dispositifs d’accompagnement mis en place par le Pôle sur les problématiques spécifiques de recrutement, de formation et de reconversion aux métiers du numérique, développés conjointement avec ses partenaires RH : Pôle Emploi, APEC, Grande Ecole du Numérique…
· Track Systematic « Build-up et Nouveaux business models de financement » – objectif : Accélérer l’émergence d’Unicorns et de leaders globaux sur les marchés BtoB complexes de Systematic (New Energy, Smart-City, Industrie 4.0, Cyber, IA, « Agile » … ) en finançant l’intégration de grappes d’entreprises, de briques technologiques et solutions innovantes autour de talents entrepreneuriaux et managériaux.
· Zoom sur le programme Reindustry soutenu par la Région Ile-de-France et par ses sponsors industriels – il adresse les entreprises offreuses de technologies pour l’Industrie du Futur et les accompagne dans une démarche de validation du potentiel marché de leurs offres et services.

Cocktail Déjeunatoire de 12h30 à 14h00.

Les ateliers de l’après-midi aborderont des sujets pratiques comme par exemple :
– Projet européen, comment décrocher son financement ?
– Comment répondre à un appel d’offres de la région Ile-de-France ?
– PME, comment vendre et être soutenu à la Direction Générale de l’Armement ?

En parallèle, se tiendront :
· Le 14ème Club Open Business : l’occasion pour des pépites innovantes de faire connaître leurs offres auprès des grands donneurs d’ordre privé et public en vue d’accéder à la commande.
· Des rencontres PME (Label EIP)/Investisseurs du Pôle Systematic Paris-Region : Une occasion unique pour les investisseurs (business angels, fonds indépendants, et structures de corporate venture) de découvrir les projets de levées de fonds portées par nos membres.
· Ou encore le Forum RH Jobdating pour rencontrer les 7 partenaires RH du pôle : Apec, CCI, Direccte, Fafiec, GEN, Henix, Pôle Emploi
